Professional Experience:

Gary has served as VP of Operations for SR Telecom and Managing Director of Operations for Applied Materials where he implemented Lean techniques in both the operations and supply chain resulting in annual double digit improvements in throughput, cost and quality.  He has also served in executive operations leadership roles for Carrier Corp. and General Motors.

Michael has over 20 years of experience in the grocery and semiconductor industries.  He provides Stunsl clients with extensive expertise in world-class supply chain practices - targeting improvement in the areas of global commodity strategies, supplier development, merger integration, and acquisition due diligence.

Professional Experience

Michael held several leadership positions in Applied Materials Supply Chain group where he developed and executed globabl supply chain commodity strategies for manufacturing and global spare/services operations.
He has also served in an executive operations leadership role for SR Telecom, as Director of SCM, as well as number of leadership roles for H.E.B. Grocery Store Company where he held responsibilities in a number of store start-ups.

Nathan has over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor, medical, and solar energy technology industries.  He provides Stunsl clients with extensive expertise in world-class Finance and IT practices and the integration of manufacturing, operations, and business processes.  He has additional expertise in international business, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, Lean manufacturing, and supply chain management.

Professional Experience:

Nathan has served as Director of Finance and IT, General Manager, Executive VP, COO, and CFO for CDS Group, a group of technology manufacturing companies where his leadership contributed the growth of the company from $4 million to $200 million in annual sales revenue.

Bob has over 25 years of experience in the automotive, cutting tools, industrial safety, and plastic packaging industries.  He provides Stunsl clients with extensive expertise in world class global P&L management, sales and marketing, and manufacturing practices – targeting improvement in the areas of revenue and margin growth, competitive strategy, marketing strategy, manufacturing cost reduction, and working capital management.

Professional Experience:

Bob served as COO for Siegel-Robert Automotive where he led the turnaround of a $450 million negative cash flow business.  He has served as CEO of OccuNomix International, an industrial safety products manufacturer, and as Division President of Portola Packaging, a $250 million manufacturer of tamper evident plastic packaging.

John has over 15 years of international experience in the high technology manufacturing and software industries.  He provides Stunsl clients with extensive expertise in the integration of manufacturing, operations, business processes, cost accounting, and technology-based solutions.  He has additional expertise in start-ups, turnaround/workout scenarios, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, lean manufacturing, and supply chain management.

John has served in a variety of hands-on executive positions responsible for numerous successful software (ERP) implementations, development of mission-critical business applications, and post-acquisition integration of IT and global business processes yielding significant cost savings, operational efficiencies, and competitive advantages.
